Introduction
Impact Management Group Pty Ltd is an Australian registered company pioneering the web-based, online accounting software, Interactive Accounts Manager. The directors and the developing staff of accounting software are having hands on experience, more than three decades in accounting and to meet the compliance requirements of the Australian authorities.
Dawn in 2007
First version of this series was unveiled during April 2007 with a view to give introduction to the online accounting program that Impact was designing and providing training for accounting career aspirants. Looking at the effectiveness of the tool, Impact has started improving the interactive accounts manager to meet the business accounting requirements of the micro and small business entrepreneurs. The presence of online accounting software was felt very essential while providing accounting and bookkeeping training to the accounting job seekers in Australia.

In the meanwhile, Impact was designing a online accounting training program for the accounting job seekers to meet the practical accounting requirements in Australia. Online accounting training covers the major part of the accounting and reports like IAS returns, BAS returns, FBT returns, PAYG Payment Summary, PAYG Annual Summary and year end tax returns. The practice materials are designed in such a way that can be practiced in any accounting software in Australia, Interactive Accounts Manager takes the main part as accounting practice software. MYOB, Mind Your Own Business, a widely used accounting software in Australia can be practiced with the materials and the results can be checked for its correctness. E-Book is prepared to meet the requirements of IAM & MYOB. Australian government is coming out with a new reporting system in Australia for all businesses and individual tax payers. This tax reform is intended to be effective from 01 July 2010. The new reporting system information are available from Standard Business Reporting website. The new reporting system comes out with a new terminology, TAXONOMY, developed using XBRL [Extensible Business Reporting Language].
